摘要
肠道病毒71型(EV71)是手足口病的病原体之一,该疾病与外界环境、自身饮食习惯不合理及自身免疫受损有关。儿童免疫系统尚未发育完全,身体素质较差,容易被EV71感染,患上手足口病。接种国产EV71疫苗是控制由EV71引起的手足口病的有效手段,疫苗的免疫效果、安全性受到大众关注。此外部分家长对疾病以及疫苗了解不足,接种意愿低下,因此疾控中心应当加强疾病知识普及,强调疫苗接种的重要性。
Enterovirus 71(EV71)is one of the pathogens of hand-foot-mouth disease,which is related to external environment,unreasonable eating habits and impaired autoimmune.Children’s immune system is not yet fully developed,their physical fitness is poor,and they are easily infected by EV71 and suffer from hand-footmouth disease.Domestic enterovirus 71 vaccine is an effective method to control hand-foot-mouth disease caused by enterovirus 71,and the immune effect and safety of the vaccine are concerned by the public.In addition,some parents do not know enough about diseases and vaccines and have low willingness to vaccinate,so Center for Disease Control and Prevention should strengthen the popularization of disease knowledge and emphasize the importance of vaccination.
