摘要
通过水热法自组装制备三维多孔石墨烯(3D-RGO),采用比表面积分析(BET)仪、X射线衍射(XRD)仪和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对3D-RGO比表面积、微观形貌及结构进行表征,考察3D-RGO对有机染料亚甲基蓝(MB)溶液的吸附特性。结果表明,3D-RGO具有介孔孔状结构,比表面积为141.686 m^(2)/g;在pH值为8,吸附时间为360 min,吸附温度为70℃,吸附剂用量为40 mg条件下,3D-RGO对200 mL 3mg/L的MB溶液吸附量为13.608 mg,去除率为90.75%;3D-RGO对MB溶液的吸附为吸热过程,符合准一阶动力学模型和Langmuir等温线模型。
Three-dimensional porous self assembled graphene(3D-RGO)is prepared by a hydrothermal method.The specific surface area,morphology and microstructure of three-dimensional porous graphene are characterized by the specific surface area analyzer,scanning electron microscope and X-ray diffractometer.The adsorption characteristics of the 3D-RGO adsorbent for methylene blue(MB)were examined.The results show that the 3D-RGO has a mesoporous structure,the surface area is 141.686 m^(2)/g.The adsorption capacity and the maximum removal rate of 3D-RGO for 200 mL 3 mg/L MB solution are 13.66 mg/g and 91.1%respectively,when the pH value is 8,adsorption time is 360 min,adsorption temperature is 70℃and the sorbent dosage is 40 mg.The adsorption of MB solution by 3D-RGO is a endothermic process,which is better suitable for the quasi-first-order kinetic model and Langmuir isotherm model.
