摘要 针对水田拖拉机在行驶过程中需要检测多种运动参数的要求,本文基于PLC和触摸屏设计了一种多传感器数据采集、计算、显示和存储的数据采集处理系统。基于水田环境下拖拉机行驶过程中车速、姿态角、打滑率、下陷深度、驱动力矩5类参数的检测方案,选择各种功能的传感器,包括2组开关信号和3组485信号。编写了PLC梯形图采集和计算各传感器发送的数据,通过触摸屏显示数据,同时完成存储功能。系统试验和调试结果表明,本系统结构简单,执行效率较高,运行稳定可靠。 In view of the requirement that the paddy field tractor needs to detect a variety of motion parameters in the process of driving,this paper designs a data acquisition and processing system based on PLC and touch screen for multi-sensor data acquisition,calculation,display and storage.Based on the detection scheme of tractor speed,attitude angle,slip rate,sink depth and driving torque in paddy field environment,the sensors with various functions are selected,including two groups of switch signals and three groups of 485 signals.The PLC ladder diagram is compiled to collect and calculate the data sent by each sensor,display the data through the touch screen,and complete the storage function at the same time.The system experiment and debugging results show that the system has simple structure,high efficiency,stable and reliable operation.
