摘要
先进战斗机对机体结构提出轻量化、长寿命、高精度等的迫切需求,牵引机体结构的构型向着大型整体化、精准化的创新方向发展。这些不同于传统结构的创新结构构型给结构设计、制造以及考核评价带来新的挑战。论述了基于激光焊接的大型整体壁板的技术优势、设计思路、计算分析,以及考核评价方法,和采用这种创新设计所取得的技术收益。为未来战机大型整体壁板的应用奠定了良好的技术基础。
Advanced fighters put forward urgent demand of light weight,long life,high-accuracy,etc for the body structure,which leads the configuration of the body structure to develop towards the innovation direction of large-scale integration,precision.These innovative structural configurations different from traditional structure bring new challenges to structural design,manufacturing and assessment.This paper describes the technical advantages,design ideas,calculation analysis and evaluation methods of laser welded large integral panel,and the technical benefits obtained from this innovative design.These studies have laid a good technical foundation for the application of large integral panel of future fighters.
