摘要
目的了解天津市武清区居民食品安全的知识、态度和相关卫生行为的知-信-行模式,为食品安全健康教育和行为干预提供依据。方法随机选取天津市武清区8个镇街,每个镇街选取125名成年常住居民为调查对象,采用自行设计的问卷进行无记名现况调查。结果有39.4%的居民对本区域内食品安全状况表示不太放心或不放心,主要担忧的食品种类包括肉类及副食品、牛奶制品、海鲜类食品。有害物质残留超标问题,滥用食品添加剂问题,食品过期变质问题成为了困扰居民的三种食品安全问题。结论食品卫生和安全问题已得到居民的普遍关注,但对食品安全现状仍不太满意,购买习惯和餐饮习惯仍需改善。居民良好的食品安全素养、食品卫生态度和健康行为方式之间存在相关性,居民食品安全应重点从健康教育做起。需要加强食品安全宣传,组织开展丰富多样的宣传活动,提高居民食品安全意识和参与创建食品安全示范城市的积极性。
Objective To understand the knowledge,attitude and knowledge-attitude-behavior mode of related health behaviors of food safety of residents in Wuqing District of Tianjin,and to provide basis for health education and behavior intervention.Methods Eight towns and streets in Wuqing District of Tianjin were randomly selected,and 125 adult permanent residents were selected as the survey objects in each town and street.Results A total of 39.4% of the residents expressed less uneasiness or uneasiness about the food safety situation in the region.The main food types they worried about included meat and non-staple food,milk products and seafood.The problems of excessive residue of harmful substances,abuse of food additives and food deterioration have become three food safety problems perplexing residents.Conclusion Food hygiene and safety issues had been widely concerned by the residents,but they were still not satisfied with the current situation of food safety,and their buying habits and eating habits still needed to be improved.There was a correlation among residents’ good food safety literacy,food hygiene attitude and health behavior,and the focus of food safety should be health education.It was necessary to strengthen food safety publicity,organize and carry out a variety of publicity activities,improve people’s awareness of food safety and enthusiasm to participate in the creation of food safety star city.
