摘要
详细分析了中小型皮革制造企业物流管理问题,即服务意识相对薄弱,设施布局不够完善,信息化程度偏低,管理协调性明显不足,专业管理人才比较匮乏。提出了一系列行之有效的应对性策略,具体为优化物流服务理念,科学选择组织架构,合理选取运作模式,积极引进物流信息化技术,构建完善的专业人才队伍。
The logistics management problemss of mall and medium-sized leather manufacturing enterprise were analyzed in detail,namely the service consciousness relatively weak,the imperfection of the facility layout,the informatization level is relatively low,the management,coordination is lack of professional management talents.A series of effective response strategies were put forward,specific to optimize the logistics service concept,scientific organizational structure,reasonable selection of operation mode,actively introduce advanced information technology,build the perfect professional talent team.
