摘要
本文报告了中医情志护理在1例髋关节置换术后假体周围感染患者的护理体会,护理重点包括:评估患者感觉后的心理状况,辨证分型,根据患者心情抑郁的证型采取针对性的护理,结合其他的护理诊断提出相应的护理措施,经过24天的辨证护理,患者未发生并发症,顺利康复出院.
This paper reports the nursing experience of traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing in a patient with periprosthesis infection after hip replacement.The nursing focus includes:After the evaluation of the patient's psychological s tat us,dialectical classifiration,according to the patient's mood depression syndrome type to take specific nursing,combined with other nursing diagnosis to put forward the corresponding nursing measures,after 24 days of dialectical nursing,the patient did not occur complications,smooth recovery discharged.
