摘要
百年来,中国共产党立德树人教育思想的发展经历了从自在到自觉两种基本样态,经过了初创、规整、重构、形成四个发展阶段。考察中国共产党立德树人教育思想的百年历程,可以系统分析不同历史时期立德树人教育思想的目标、内容与方式,可以发现"树什么人"、"立什么德"、"如何立德树人"之间的逻辑关系,可以审视立德树人教育思想不断完善的过程。回顾和总结中国共产党一百年来立德树人教育思想创新发展和实践变革的基本经验,主要体现在坚持以马克思主义教育理论为指导,坚持服务于"中华民族伟大复兴"事业,坚持人的全面发展方针,坚持理论与实践相结合的育人方式。习近平总书记关于立德树人教育思想的论述,标志着中国共产党立德树人教育思想体系的形成,并成为指导我国教育事业发展的核心思想。
Over the past century, the CPC’s educational thoughts concerning high morals molding and the people-oriented cultivation of talents have evolved from free development to conscious development,and have undergone such stages as preliminary exploration,integration,reconstruction and formation. A probe into these century-old educational thoughts helps us analyze their objectives,contents and methods in different historical periods,find out the logical relationship between "what talents to cultivate," "what morals to mold" and "how to mold high morals and cultivate talents based on people orientation," and explore the improvement of these educational thoughts. Based on a review of these educational thoughts,the authors find that in the innovative development and practice-based reforms of these educational thoughts,the CPC has accumulated the following experience:adhering to the guidance by the theories of Marxist education,serving the cause of "the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation," upholding the guideline of promoting people’s all-round development,and following the educational mode of combining theories with practice. The CPC Central Committee’s General Secretary Xi Jinping’s expositions on educational thoughts concerning high morals molding and the people-oriented cultivation of talents mark the formation of the CPC’s educational ideology concerning high morals molding and the people-oriented cultivation of talents,and have become the core idea to guide the development of China’s education.
