摘要
针对大断面厚泥岩巷道出现底鼓、折帮和顶板下沉问题,以文家坡矿4105工作面运输巷为工程背景,采用现场实测、理论分析、数值模拟等方法,分析了该巷道破坏特征,考虑到“一次分区加强管控,二次补强”的支护方法,提出了“多级控顶让压支护技术”,详述了其支护原理,确定了支护参数,并进行了工业性试验。结果表明:最大顶板下沉量为119 mm,底鼓量为148 mm,最大两帮移近量为109 mm,说明该方案对4105运输巷道围岩变形控制效果较好。
Aiming at the floor heave,wall caving and roof convergence problem of the large section mudstone drift;based on the 4105 transportation roadway of Wenjiapo mine as engineering background,using the in-situ measurement, theoretical analysis and numerical simulation method, analyzed the destruction characteristics of roadway, in consideration of the supporting method with "strengthen control by Dividing into different regions firstly, supplement support secondly". Put forward the supporting technology "multilevel roof control and yield supporting system", determined the support parameters and verify the supporting effect through the industrial test. The results showed that the maximum roof falling capacity is 119 mm, the floor-heave capacity is 148 mm, the maximum two-sided displacement is 109 mm, means that the scheme control surrounding rock deformation of 4105 roadway is better.
