摘要
为了解秦皇地区狐源沙门氏菌的致病性及耐药性,对23株秦皇地区的狐源沙门氏菌进行了研究。采用小鼠致病性试验、PCR检测毒力基因和KB纸片检测药物敏感性。结果显示,3株沙门氏菌均可致小鼠死亡,死亡率为20%~100%;23株沙门氏菌中有21株检测到毒力基因,分别检出2个~8个毒力基因,毒力基因sseC和sseL未检出,其余17种基因检出率为4.35%~65.22%,spvA、hisJ和stn基因检出率较高;23株沙门氏菌对6种~15种抗菌药物耐药,对14种抗菌药物耐药菌株数最多,占比26.09%(6/23),23株沙门氏菌对土霉素、替米考星和复方新诺明耐药率高达100%,对阿米卡星敏感率最高为30.43%(7/23)。结果表明,23株狐源沙门氏菌均具有致病性,并均携带多个毒力基因,耐药情况较为严重。
To study the pathogenicity and drug resistance of Salmonella from foxes in Qinhuangdao area,23 strains of Salmonella from foxes in the Qinhuangdao area were studied.The virulence gene was detected by PCR and the drug sensitivity was detected by KB paper.The results showed that all three strains of Salmonella can cause the death of mice,with a mortality rate of 20%-100%.21 strains of 23 strains of Salmonella detected virulence genes,with 2-8 virulence genes detected respectively,and the virulence genes sseC and sseL were not detected,the remaining 17 genes were 4.35%-65.22%,and the detection rates of spvA,hisJ and stn genes were high;23 strains of Salmonella were resistant to 6-15 kinds of antimicrobials,and resistance rate to 14 kinds of antimicrobials was the highest,accounting for 26.09%(6/23).The resistance rate of 23 Salmonella strains to terramycin,timicosin,and compound neoforman was 100%,and the sensitivity rate to amikacin was 30.43%(7/23).The results showed that all 23 strains of Salmonella were pathogenic and carried multiple virulence genes.
