摘要
探讨品管圈联合“互联网+”教学新模式提升放射科住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)质量的效果。温州医科大学附属第一医院放射科住培工作不足之处主要为师资力量相对不足,培训内容零散、形式单一,交互式网络教育平台尚需完善。品管圈活动中的对策实施主要包括:优化师资队伍;开展多种形式的课堂,整合课程内容;完善图像存档与传输系统教学模式,与国际医学影像学院深化合作。品管圈联合“互联网+”教学新模式对温州医科大学附属第一医院放射科住培的影响主要体现为:有利于充分发挥住院医师的主观能动性,有利于促进住院医师自主学习的热情与能力,有利于提高住院医师的综合素养。品管圈联合“互联网+”教学新模式实现了多方面、多渠道培养,充分提高了住院医师的自主学习能力、理论知识、专业技能和综合素养,取得了较好的培训效果。
This study explored a new teaching model,quality control circle combined with"Internet+",aimed to improve the quality of standardized training of medical imaging in our hospital.The study summarized the shortcomings of the residency training as the arduous task of teaching reform,unfocused training with a single form and an inadequate platform for interactive network education.The corresponding measures of quality control circle activities mainly include:optimizing teaching resources,reforming the assessment model,consummating the standardized residency training system of departments.The impact of the new teaching model on our medical imaging residency training is mainly reflected in the following three aspects:(1)It is conducive to bringing students'initiative into full play;(2)It is conducive to promoting the students'enthusiasm and ability to learn independently;(3)It is conducive to improving the students'comprehensive abilities.Overall,the new teaching model of quality control circle combined with"Internet+"has fulfilled multi-aspect and multi-channel training,fully improved the students'independent learning ability,theoretical knowledge,professional skills and comprehensive abilities,as well as good training achievements.
