基于航拍的输电线路覆冰厚度监测研究 被引量:18

摘要 随着无人机技术的迅速发展,采用无人机对输电线路进行巡视已逐步成为智能运检的趋势。文中提出了一种基于航拍的输电线路覆冰厚度监测方法。首先采用基于小波阈值去噪的图像预处理方法突出航拍图像中的输电线路信息,消除模糊干扰;然后引入二维OTSU算法求取最佳阈值优化传统Canny算子,利用优化算子检测出输电线路边界轮廓;最后,在边界轮廓检测的基础上通过比较覆冰前后输电线路区域图像像素宽度,结合实际输电线路直径求取覆冰厚度。实验结果表明,文中所提方法可对输电线路覆冰厚度进行有效监测,所测误差可达1.5%。 With the rapid development of UAV technology,the use of UAV to patrol transmission line has gradually become the trend of intelligent operation inspection.In this paper,a kind of method for monitoring the ice⁃coating thickness of transmission line based on aerial image is proposed.Firstly,the image preprocessing method based on wavelet threshold denoising is used to highlight the transmission line information in the aerial image and eliminate fuzzy interference.Then,the two⁃dimensional OTSU algorithm is introduced to find the optimal threshold optimization traditional Canny operator.The optimization operator is used to detect the transmission line boundary profile.Finally,on the basis of boundary profile detection,the ice⁃coating thickness is obtained by way of comparing the pixel width of transmission line area before and after icing,and combining with the actual transmission line diameter.The experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively monitor the ice coating thickness of transmission lines,and the measured error can reach 1.5%.
