摘要
针对产线存在的失效时间窗口问题,分析了弹性制造系统脆性的时空属性,对产线进行了脆性定量分析。脆性的量化评估是一个瞬时性能动态求解过程,求解过程中,首先,对失效时间窗问题进行建模;其次,利用威布尔分布函数对单元失效模型进行拟合,确定了设备故障率函数,结合产能损失对产线进行瞬态脆性、稳态脆性定量分析;最后以手机装配线项目案例加以分析验证,结果证明对产线的脆性分析有助于优化产线缓冲区配置从而提高产线稳定性。
Aiming at the failure time window problem of production line,the temporal and spatial properties of brittleness of elastic manufacturing system are analyzed and the brittleness of production line is analyzed quantitatively.The quantitative evaluation of brittleness is a transient performance and dynamic solving process,during the solution,firstly,the failure time window problem is modeled;Secondly,the Weibull distribution function is used to fit the unit failure model,the equipment failure rate function is determined,the transient brittleness and steady-state brittleness of the production line are quantitatively analyzed with productivity loss;Finally,the case of mobile phone assembly line project is used to analyze and verify it,the results demonstrate that the brittleness analysis contributes to optimize the buffer configuration and enhance the stability.
