肩袖损伤的处理临床实践指南(2019年)解读 被引量：29

摘要 2019年3月美国骨科医师协会(American academy of orthopaedic surgeons,AAOS)颁布了《肩袖损伤的处理临床实践指南(2019年)》(简称2019年指南),公布在其官网上[1]。该指南结合最新的循证医学证据,主要就肩袖损伤治疗领域备受关注的问题如肩袖损伤的诊断、部分与全层肩袖撕裂的保守和手术治疗、术后康复、糖皮质激素和透明质酸的应用等方面提出了26条推荐意见和7条专家共识,同时根据现有的证据支持强度对推荐意见进行了分级。该指南是根据9年来肩袖损伤诊治领域的新进展对AAOS 2010年发布的《肩袖损伤的临床指南(2010年)》(简称2010年指南)进行的更新和修订。
