摘要
海上吊装是一种作业强度大且危险系数高的特种作业。在海上吊装过程中,由于海上墩台吊装调位工作平面小、操作空间不足,风险系数和成本高等多个问题,且不适合多人工作,需设计一种新型的吊装调位控制系统。该操作系统通过操纵威纶通触摸屏,实现与西门子PLC数据交互与指令分发,控制中间继电器与VTOZ比例方向阀动作,从而进一步控制4台千斤顶三向动作,通过千斤顶上的位移、压力传感器反馈墩台吊具调位的工作状态,确定下一步调位的工作方式。墩台吊具调位控制系统采用PROFINET通信方式,减少数据传输的延迟性,降低了危险的发生概率。墩台吊具调位系统的出现,改变了桥梁墩台的施工模式,使原本需要多天工作的时间浓缩到了1天,大大提高了施工效率。
Offshore hoisting is a special operation with high work intensity and risk factor.During the process of offshore pier hoisting and adjustment,the working plane is small,the operation space is insufficient,the risk factor and the cost is high.It is not suitable for muti-persons′work.It is necessary to design a new type of hoisting position adjustment control system.The operating system realizes data interaction and instruction distribution with Siemens PLC by manipulating the Weiluntong touch screen,controlling the action of the intermediate relay and the VTOZ proportional directional valve,thereby further controlling the three-way action of the 4 jacks,and feeding back the piers through the displacement and pressure sensors on the jacks.The working status of the spreader′s position adjustment determines the working mode of the next position adjustment.The pier spreader position adjustment control system adopts PROFINET communication mode,which reduces the delay of data transmission and reduces the probability of danger.The emergence of the pier and abutment spreader position adjustment system has changed the construction mode of the abutments of bridge piers,condensing the time that originally required multiple days of work to one day,greatly improving construction efficiency.
