摘要 某焚烧厂因所在地区的垃圾热值逐年增长,入炉垃圾热值超过原设计热值,导致过热器区域烟气温度高、排烟温度高、高温腐蚀明显,影响了焚烧厂的安全平稳运行和发电效率。针对该项目,对比分析了不同受热面改造方案,最终采用了三烟道内增设蒸发屏的技术改造方案。改造后锅炉运行效果较好,为同类项目的改造提供了借鉴。 Due to the increase of the waste calorific value in incineration plant,eventually,the waste calorific value exceeds the original design,resulting in high superheater flue gas temperature,high exhaust gas temperature,and obvious high temperature corrosion.Those had affected the safe and stable operation and the power generation efficiency of the incineration plant.For this project,a comparative analysis of different heating surface transformation plans was carried out,and the technical transformation plan of adding an evaporation screen in the three pass was finally adopted.After the transformation,the boiler operation effect was better,which provided a reference for the transformation of similar projects.
