利用面向服务(SOA)架构的新一代指挥控制信息系统 被引量:5

New Generation Command and Control Information System Based on Serviceoriented-architecture

摘要 研究表明,应用面向服务的协作技术可以有效地提高实时信息系统的通信协作能力,这将在信息化条件下的通用作战指挥控制系统中发挥更加重要的作用。特别是SOA技术的推广,不断产生大量性能良好的新服务,为其在指挥控制信息系统的应用提供了良好的基础。当前多样化的军事任务更突显出了现有系统实时性明显滞后、协同性差的缺点,迫切地要求指挥控制系统具有良好的适应性和可扩展性。为了解决这些问题,本文提出了一种基于面向服务对象的指挥控制信息系统协作机制和应用框架,用于提高指挥控制系统的适应性、可扩展性和实时性,满足信息化条件下指挥控制系统的应用和发展要求。 Researches have shown that the application of service-oriented-architecture technology can effectively improve the communication and collaboration capabilities of real-time information systems,which will play a more important role in the general operational command and control system under the conditions of informational combat situation.In particular,the promotion of SOA technology has continuously produced a large number of new services with good performance,providing a good foundation for its application in the command and control information system.The current diversified military missions have highlighted the shortcomings of the existing systems that are obviously lagging in real-time and poor coordination.The command and control system is urgently required to have good adaptability and applicability.In order to solve these problems and satisfy the system application and development requirements,this paper proposed a service-oriented-architecture command and control information system cooperation mechanism and application framework to improve the adaptability,applicability and real-time performance of the command and control system,and to meet the command and control under the conditions of informational environment.
