摘要
以丙烯酰胺、疏水单体N-十二烷基丙烯酰胺和极性单体2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸为原料,采用胶束聚合法合成了一种适用于聚合物驱的新型三元共聚物。研究了链引发温度和引发剂浓度对三元共聚物分子量的影响。评价了三元共聚物的抗盐性和热稳定性,以及与水驱相比提高采收率的能力。结果表明,链引发温度为9℃,引发剂浓度为150mg/L时,三元共聚物的性能最好。在此条件下,得到了分子量为22×10^(6)的三元共聚物。浓度为1500 mg/L的三元共聚物溶液的粘度为18.7mPa·s,在85℃和地层水盐度为32000mg/L的条件下保持一个月没有显著降低。该新型三元共聚物在提高采收率方面优于市售产品。
A new terpolymer suitable for polymer flooding from acrylamide was synthesized by the hydrophobic monomer N-dodecylacrylamide,and the polar monomer 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid via micellar polymerization in water.We have studied the effect of chain initiation temperature and initiator concentration on the molecular weight of the terpolymer.We evaluated the salt resistance and thermal stability of the terpolymer and its ability to improve oil recovery compared with water flooding.The results show that the terpolymer performs best for a chain initiation temperature of 9℃and an initiator concentration of 150mg/L in the reaction medium.Under such conditions,we obtaind a terpolymer with a molecular weight of 22×10^(6).The viscosity of a terpolymer solution with a concentration of 1500mg/L is 18.7mPa·s,under the conditions of 85℃and the salinity of formation water of 32000mg/L,there is no significant decrease after one month.The new terpolymer is superior to commercially available products in terms of the improvement in oil recovery.
