摘要
[目的]建立一种气相色谱法测定除虫脲中氨基甲酸甲酯杂质的分析方法。[方法]试样用乙腈溶解,采用DM-624毛细管柱和FID火焰离子化检测器,外标定量测定试样中氨基甲酸甲酯的含量。[结果]氨基甲酸甲酯在0.0080~0.0796 g/L范围内线性良好,相关系数为0.9969,相对标准偏差为1.62%,平均回收率为102.0%。[结论]该方法操作简便、分离效果好、精密度和准确度高,适用于除虫脲中氨基甲酸甲酯的定量分析。
[Aims] To establish a gas chromatographic method for the determination of methyl carbamate impurity in diflubenzuron. [Methods] The samples were dissolved in acetonitril, and the content of methyl carbamate in the samples was quantitatively determined with external standard by DM-624 capillary column and FID flame ionization detector. [Results] The linear range was 0.0080-0.0796 g/L. The linear correlation coefficient of methyl carbamate was0.9969, the relative standard deviation was 1.62%, and the average recoveries were 102.0%. [Conclusions] The method is easy to operate, has good separation effect, high precision and accuracy, and is suitable for the quantitative determination of methyl carbamate in diflubenzuron.
