摘要
随着临床医疗水平的持续升高,临床麻醉水平也得到了明显提升,其主要表现为微创手术的引用、高质量麻醉的实施、麻醉安全性的提高、镇静镇痛效果的提升等。右美托咪啶属于临床麻醉过程中的常用药物,也是一种有效、安全、具有明显镇静镇痛效果的麻醉药物。该药属于高选择性α2肾上腺素受体激动剂,药物本身具有相应的中枢性抗交感作用,在人体中作用后,可产生与自然睡眠类似的镇静作用。右美托咪啶在临床中应用,不会产生明显的呼吸抑制现象,具有较好的用药安全性。因此,近年来,右美托咪啶在各种术前麻醉、重症监护室麻醉、各种精细手术麻醉中广泛应用,部分医疗机构还将右美托咪啶应用在小儿麻醉与小儿镇静中,可减少其他麻醉或是镇静药物的用量,还可降低用药不良反应的发生率,具有良好的应用价值。本文综述了右美托咪啶在临床麻醉的应用情况,为右美托咪啶的临床应用提供参考方案。
With the continuous increase of clinical medical level,the level of clinical anesthesia has also been significantly increased.It is mainly manifested in the introduction of minimally invasive surgery,the implementation of high-quality anesthesia,the improvement of anesthesia safety,and the improvement of sedation and analgesia effect.Dexmedetomidine is a commonly used drug in clinical anesthesia,and it is also an effective,safe,sedative and analgesic drug.The drug is highly selectiveα2 adrenoceptor agonist,the drug itself has the corresponding central anti sympathetic effect,which can produce sedative effect similar to natural sleep in the human body.Dexmedetomidine,in the clinical application,will not produce obvious respiratory depression phenomenon,has good medication safety.Therefore,in recent years,dexmedetomidine is widely used in all kinds of preoperative anesthesia,intensive care unit anesthesia,and all kinds of fine surgical anesthesia.Some medical institutions also use dexmedetomidine in pediatric anesthesia and sedation,which can reduce the dosage of other anesthesia or sedative drugs,and also reduce the incidence of adverse drug reactions.It has good application value.This paper reviews the application of dexmedetomidine in clinical anesthesia,and provides a reference scheme for the clinical application of dexmedetomidine.
