摘要
为研究煤矿井下环境模拟实验室流场的分布规律,建立了环境室数学模型,采用CFD软件对其进行模拟计算。计算显示,模拟风道达到最大设计风速为4 m/s时,仿真实验室内风速>8 m/s的范围仅在局部区域。而且,环境室内实验设备的不同布置,可以起到一定的导流效果,能减少涡旋产生的影响,缩小风速比较大的区域范围,使得实验室内流场分布更加均匀。数值模拟为之后的实验设计及实验室使用、管理提供参考数据。
In order to study the distribution law of the flow field in the underground environment simulation laboratory of coal mines,a mathematical model of the environment room was established,and CFD software was used to simulate and calculate it.Calculations showed that when the simulated air duct reached the maximum design wind speed of 4 m/s,the range of wind speed>8 m/s in the simulation laboratory was only in a local area.Moreover,the different layouts of laboratory equipment in the environmental room could had a certain diversion effect,reduced the impact of vortexes,reduced the area with relatively large wind speeds,and made the flow field distribution in the laboratory more uniform.Numerical simulation provided reference data for later experimental design,laboratory use and management.
