摘要
为了进一步提高毒气泄漏事故中人员撤离路径规划的合理性,提出一种顾及毒气伤害大小以及相应的伤亡概率的路径规划方法:采用毒气负载指数以及美国发布的急性暴露指南标准(AEGL)集成技术,对危险区域进行动态划分;并将其与道路网络图进行叠加分析,进而确定出撤离路径的出口;在此基础上提出有约束的撤离路径,通过计算撤离路径上的毒气负载累积值以及利用普罗比特(Probit)模型评估人员的伤亡概率,最终得出多出口条件下的撤离路径。采用交通分配最优模型对撤离路径上的人员分配进行计算模拟,结果表明,该方法对于现场人员疏散及分配具有参考价值。
In order to further improve the rationality of evacuation path planning in gas leakage accidents,the paper proposed a path planning method that takes into account the magnitude of poison gas damage and the corresponding casualty probability:the hazardous area was divided dynamically by using the integrated technology of the poison gas load index and the acute exposure guideline levels(AEGL)issued by the United States;and it was superimposed with the road network diagram;then the exit of the evacuation path was determined;on this basis,a constrained evacuation path was put forward;by calculating the cumulative value of poison gas load on the evacuation path and using Probit model to evaluate the casualty probability,the evacuation path under the condition of multiple exits was finally obtained,and the optimal model of traffic assignment was used to simulate the personnel distribution on the evacuation path.Result showed that the proposed method could help for the evacuation and distribution of personnel on the spot.
