摘要
鑫达矿业公司采用全泥氰化炭浆吸附工艺提金,由于氰化钠具有剧毒,在储存和使用过程中存在安全隐患,同时为了响应国家建设绿色矿山的号召,进行了环保浸金剂替代氰化钠应用于生产的研究。结果表明:在全泥氰化炭浆吸附工艺同等条件下,环保浸金剂可以替代氰化钠用于生产,金浸出率在90%以上,与氰化钠浸金指标相当;环保浸金剂具有良好的环境效益,在黄金行业具有很好的应用前景。
Xinda mining company uses all-sliming cyanidation CIP adsorption process to extract gold.Due to the toxicity of sodium cyanide,the storage and use process are potentially risky.In the meantime,as a means to answer the national call to build green mines,research is carried out on the replacement of sodium cyanide by environment-friendly gold leaching agent.The results show that under the same conditions to all-sliming cyanidation CIP adsorption process,the environment-friendly gold leaching agent can replace sodium cyanide in production,obtaining gold leaching rate over 90%,similar to the gold leaching index with sodium cyanide;the environment-friendly gold leaching agent has good environmental benefits and its application is promising in gold industry.
