摘要
乡村小学科学课程教师专业素养,事关乡村小学学生未来发展,事关乡村教育事业的发展。通过向乡村小学教师发放自编的《小学科学教师专业素养调查问卷》,从专业知识、专业能力和专业理念与师德三个维度,调查了乡村小学科学教师专业素养现状,发现主要问题有:乡村小学科学教师专业类别不对口;科学教师兼职情况普遍;科学教师专业知识总体较为缺乏;专业理念需要转变;专业能力有待提高。这为乡村小学科学课程教师职后精准培训提供了有力的数据支撑。
The professional quality of rural primary school science teachers is related to the future development of rural primary school students and the development of rural education.From the three aspects of professional knowledge,professional ability and teacher ethics,the article investigates the present situation of rural elementary science teachers'professional accomplishment through issuing self-compiled Questionnaire on Primary Science Teachers'Professional Literacy to rural primary school teachers.The main problems are as follows:the professional categories of science teachers in rural primary schools are not compatible;part-time science teachers are common;science teachers lack professional knowledge;their professional concept needs to be changed and their professional ability needs to be improved.These surveys provide strong data support for the precise post-service training of science teachers in rural primary schools.
