摘要
通过2019年第9号超强台风"利奇马"的有关资料,对该台风引发的特大暴雨、洪水的过程和特点进行了分析总结;在暴雨、洪水分析的基础上,对浙江省受台风影响地区的防洪调度情况,以及在防灾减灾中的重要作用进行了分析。
Zhejiang province has experienced heavy rainfall and floods induced by super typhoon Lekima in 2019.This paper analyzed the process and features of the extreme storm and presented the flood regulation measures applied in flood control.It is concluded that the flood regulation is of great importance,especially in facing super typhoon events.
