摘要
为了解海水养殖区养殖水中铁含量,用邻菲啰啉做显色剂,以工作曲线法测定水中总铁含量。结果表明,在波长510 nm,pH缓冲液4 mL,显色剂用量6 mg,显色时间10 min条件下,邻菲啰啉分光光度法可较为稳定地测定铁含量。指出,该方法检测成本低,操作简单,准确度高,重现性好,适用于养殖水中铁元素的测定。
The determination of iron content in aquaculture water by o-phenanthroline spectrophotometry was studied in the experiment. The total iron content in water was determined by working curve method with ophenanthroline as color reagent. The optimum conditions for determination were discussed. The experimental results showed that the optimal conditions were 510 nm wavelength, 4 mL pH buffer, 6 mg chromogenic agent, and 10 min chromogenic time. The method had the advantages of low cost, simple operation, high accuracy and good reproducibility, and it was suitable for the determination of iron in aquaculture water.
