一种基于三维激光扫描技术的储罐变形检测方法 被引量:3

摘要 变形检测是储罐检测中一项重要工作。传统的检验手段发展至今暴露出诸多弊端,检验过程高风险、流程复杂。某些储罐的规格大,周边环境复杂使得检测工作难度尤为突出。将三维激光扫描技术引用到储罐检测工作中,运用先进的三维检测技术,优化检测流程可降低检测过程的工作量。通过对某石油储备公司大型储罐现场检测案例进行分析,提出一种新的储罐三维激光变形检测方法。 Deformation detection is an important work in tank inspection.The development of traditional inspection methods has exposed a lot of disadvantages,such as high risk and complex process.The size of some tanks is large and the surrounding environment is complex,which makes the detection work more difficult.The application of 3D laser scanning technology in tank inspection can reduce the workload of inspection process by optimizing detection process.A new 3D laser deformation detection method for large storage tanks in an oil reserve company is proposed based on the analysis of the case.
