基于事故树理论的有机热载体液相炉检验重点分析

摘要 通过对有机热载体液相炉的火灾爆炸事故案例进行分析,完成有机热载体液相炉的事故树分析,进而找到引发事故的有关因素及其重要程度,提出预防事故的措施,并为指导有机热载体液相炉的检验工作提供依据。通过分析得知建立健全制度、加强人员管理、确保安全保护装置的可靠性可很大程度预防火灾爆炸事故的发生,应在检验中作为检验重点。 Based on the analysis of the fire and explosion accident cases of liquid phase heat transfer fluids boiler,the fault tree analysis is completed,and then the relevant factors causing the accident and its importance degree are found out,and the measures to prevent the accident are put forward,and the basis for guiding the inspection work of liquid phase heat transfer fluids boiler is provided.Through the analysis,it is concluded that the establishment of a sound system,strengthening personnel management,and ensuring the reliability of safety protection devices can largely prevent the occurrence of fire and explosion accidents,which should be taken as the inspection focus in the inspection.
