摘要
育苗是烤烟生产中重要的环节之一,筛选优良的育苗生物基质对实现生物资源的循环利用具有重要的应用价值。本实验以杏鲍菇食用菌菌糠、厚朴渣为基础有机材料,珍珠岩为无机材料,组合成不同配比的新型生物基质,以商品基质为对照组,研究了新型生物基质对烟草农艺学性状及生理生化指标的影响。结果表明,50%珍珠岩+38%杏鲍菇食用菌菌糠+12%厚朴渣(T6处理组)在茎围、地上部鲜重等农艺学性状及可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质含量相比对照组有明显的优势,叶绿素和类胡萝卜素含量相比对照组无显著差异。该研究结果对烟草育苗中减少草炭使用提供了重要技术参考。
Seedling is one of the important links in the production of flue-cured tobacco.Screening good seedling biological substrates has important application value for achieving the recycling of biological resources.In this experiment,Pleurotus eryngii mushroom edible fungus residue,Magnolia officinalis residue as basic organic materials,perlite as inorganic material,combining into a new biological matrix with different ratios,and commercial substrate as a control group,which were used to study the effect of new biological substrate on agronomic characteristics and physiological and biochemical indexes of tobacco.The results showed that 50%perlite+38%edible fungus residue of Pleurotus eryngii+12%Magnolia officinalis residue(T6 treatment group)had agronomic traits such as thick stem,and fresh weight above ground as well as soluble sugar and soluble protein content had significant advantages compared to the control group,and the chlorophyll and carotenoid contents were not significantly different from the control group.The results of this research provide important technical reference for reducing peat use in tobacco seedling substrates.
