环磷酰胺联合人免疫球蛋白对系统性红斑狼疮患者炎症因子及免疫功能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨环磷酰胺联合人免疫球蛋白对系统性红斑狼疮患者炎症因子及免疫功能的影响。方法选取2018年3月至2019年4月本院收治的78例系统性红斑狼疮患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方法的不同分为对照组和观察组,每组39例。在常规治疗基础上,对照组采用环磷酰胺治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合人免疫球蛋白治疗。比较两组临床疗效、炎症因子水平、免疫功能及不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,MCP-4、IL-4、IgA、IgG水平均低于对照组,C3、C4水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率略低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义。结论环磷酰胺联合人免疫球蛋白可有效改善系统性红斑狼疮患者免疫功能,减轻炎症反应,且不良反应少,疗效显著。 Objective To investigate the effect of cyclophosphamide combined with human immunoglobulin on inflammatory factors and im-mune function in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus.Methods 78 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to April 2019 were selected as the research subjects.According to the different treatment methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 39 cases in each group.On the basis of conventional treatment,the control group was treated with cyclophosphamide,and the observation group was treated with human immunoglobulin on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory factor lev-els,immune function and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the levels of MCP-4,IL-4,IgA,and IgG were lower than those of the control group,and the levels of C3 and C4 were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the inci-dence of adverse reactions in the observation group was slightly lower than that in the control group,but the difference was not statistically signifi-cant.Conclusion Cyclophosphamide combined with human immunoglobulin can effectively improve the immune function of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus,reduce inflammation,and has fewer adverse reactions and significant effect.
