摘要
文章阐述了农业科研院所加强人才队伍思想政治引领工作的必要性及人才队伍特点,分析了农业科研院所人才队伍思想新动态和思想政治工作中存在的问题,并结合农业科研单位的实际,提出了实施人才队伍建设实践工程、实施人才队伍全方位理论学习教育工程、实施弘扬科学家精神教育工程等创新农业科研院所人才队伍思想政治引领工作的举措,以及关心人才队伍的工作和生活、努力营造院所创新文化氛围、提升人才队伍思想政治引领的工作能力等加强农业科研院所人才队伍思想政治引领工作的建议。
Necessity of strengthening the ideological and political work of the talent team in agricultural scientific research institutes and character of talent team were elaborated in the paper.Problems in the ideological and political work of the talent team in agricultural scientific research institutes were analyzed.Combined with the actual situation of agricultural scientific research institutions,suggestions on strengthening the ideological and political work of the talent team were put forward,such as the implementation of practical project of talent team construction,all-round theoretical study of talent team,implementing educational project of scientists′spirit,paying more attention of life and work of talents,creating innovative cultural circumstance,boost ability of the ideological and political guidance of talent team.
