摘要
生态风险评价的目的是采取应对措施,减少风险灾害造成的损失。城市建设前的规划评估阶段进行生态风险评估非常重要,如何通过生态风险评价确定城市建设开发的核心区、拓展区以及其他功能分区的空间位置,规避可能发生的生态风险一直是城市生态规划的核心内容之一。本文以京津冀核心区的雄安地区为研究对象,采用风险因子识别、风险等级划分和风险指数评估的方法,基于Arc GIS平台及其空间分析工具,确定了暴雨、洪涝、工程地质灾害等生态风险空间分布特征,并据此结合河流、湖泊分布,提出了雄安地区城市核心区、拓展区、协调区、限建区、禁建区的空间布局,并提出了减缓生态风险的对策措施。
The goal of ecological risk assessment( ERA) is to find the risk sources,to take measurement so as to alleviate ecological,environmental and economic loss. It’s crucial to conduct ERA at the ecological planning stage before urban construction. How to determine the core,outskirt,buffer,limited and forbidden area for urban development,to prevent and avoid the possible ecological risks is the essential issue in urban ecological planning. Based on ArcGIS platform and its spatial tools,this study took Xiongan area,located at the center Beijing-Hebei-Tianjin area as a subject,used ecological factor identification,risk degree evaluation and ecological indices analysis,has analyzed the spatial characteristics of the risk sources i. e. rainstorm,flood,engineering geology,etc.The spatial pattern of potential core,outskirt,buffer,limited and forbidden area for urban construction in Xionan area were suggested based on ERA and the distribution of rivers and lakes,the measurements to prevent and avoid the ecological risks in this area were also put forward.
