摘要
锂离子电池具有质量轻、能量密度高、循环寿命长、无记忆效应等优点,广泛应用于电子设备、新能源汽车等领域。作为电池主要组成部分的隔膜材料起着隔离正负极,防止电池发生短路和为锂离子提供通道的作用,其性能与电池的电化学性能和安全性能密不可分。介绍了聚烯烃隔膜存在的问题及改性方法,阐述了静电纺纳米纤维隔膜和耐高温隔膜材料的研究进展,展望了电池隔膜的发展方向。
Lithium-ion batteries had been widely used in the fields of the electronic equipment, new energy vehicles and so on, owing to their light mass, high energy density, long cycling battery life and no memory effect. As the main component of the battery, the lithium-ion battery separator played the role of separating the positive and negative electrodes to prevent short circuit and provide channels for lithium-ions. Its performance affected the electrochemical performance and safety performance of the battery. The problems and modification methods of polyolefin separators were introduced, the research progress of electrospinning nanofiber membranes and high temperature resistant membrane materials were described. The outlook and future directions of the lithium-ion battery separator were also given.
