常减压蒸馏装置运行末期常顶异常工况原因分析及措施 被引量:1

摘要 中国石油大连石化1 000万t·a^(-1)常减压蒸馏装置在生产运行末期出现常压塔顶压差增大、常顶石脑油和常压一线油馏程脱空度降低、常压一线油收率下降等问题,影响了装置的稳定生产和长周期运行。2020年装置停工检修设备打开后,确认为常压塔顶(1~15)层塔盘被腐蚀产物及油泥覆盖,造成常顶塔盘开孔率及降液管底隙流通面积减少。为解决以上问题,装置新增常顶循除盐工艺,可以有效减轻常顶腐蚀,对装置长周期运行提供了重要的技术支持。 At the end of production and operation of the 10 Mt·a^(-1) atmospheric distillation and high vacuum unit of Dalian Petrochemical Company, problems such as the increase of pressure difference at the top of atmospheric column,the decrease of the boiling rang disengagement between naphtha and jet fuel components and the decrease of jet fuel components yield occurred, which affected the stable production and long-term operation of the unit. After the shutdown maintenance equipment was opened in 2020, it was confirmed that the top layer(1~15) of the atmospheric crude column was covered by corrosion products and oil sludge, resulting in the reduction of the opening rate of tray and the flow area of the bottom of the downcomer. In order to solve the above problems, a new technology of top circulating reflux desalting process was added in the unit, which can effectively reduce the top of the atmospheric column corrosion and provide an important technical support for the long-term operation of the unit.
