摘要
以浙江省杭州市丽水路杭钢河桥和电厂河桥工程为例,其中慢行系统与车行系统的平面、空间分离开阔了城市桥梁功能分区的设计思路,鱼腹形钢箱梁丰富了梁桥设计造型。该工程采用了诸多新工艺、新材料,如U肋全熔透焊接技术、ERS钢桥面铺装体系、透光混凝土慢行道铺装体系、BIM协同设计技术等,大大提高了桥梁的科技含量。在分析历史、现状和周边环境因素基础上提出了桥梁创新设计,给周边区域注入了新的活力,为今后城市桥梁创新设计提供了参考与借鉴。
Hanggang River Bridge and Dianchang River Bridge located in Lishui Road,Hangzhou are taken as examples.That plane and space of slow traffic system and driving system are separated broaden the design ideas of functional division of urban bridge.Meanwhile,fish-bellied steel box girder enriches the bridge model design.Many new processes and new materials such as full-penetration welding technology for U-rib^ERS steel deck pavement system^pavement system of transparent concrete slow lane BIM collaborative design technology and so on are adopted in the bridges to improve the technological element of the bridges greatly.The innovative bridge design are proposed on the base of history,current situation and surrounding environment and have given new lives to nearby area.It can providef reference for urban bridge innovative design.
