摘要
【目的】构建QuEChERS-超高效液相色谱串联质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)法检测豆类及制品中6种真菌毒素含量的方法,为豆类及制品以及其他类食品基质中真菌毒素多组分定量分析提供参考。【方法】豆类及制品样本经QuEChERS前处理技术净化提取,UPLC-MS/MS法检测,基质匹配标准曲线进行定量分析。【结果】构建方法对6种真菌毒素进行低、中、高浓度水平加标回收试验,加标回收率为81.5%~119.6%、精密度(RSD)为0.5%~8.9%;6种真菌毒素标准曲线线性相关系数(r)≥0.9990;方法检出限(LOD,S/N=3)和定量限(LOQ)分别为0.06~18.4μg/kg和0.18~55.2μg/kg。【结论】该方法能有效去除豆类及制品样本基质中的次生代谢产物,定量结果准确、重现性好、灵敏度高、实用性强,适用于豆类及制品中6种真菌毒素的定量分析。
【Objective】In order to provide a reference for quantitative analysis of mycotoxins multicomponent in matrix of beans,their products and other foods,the QuEChERS-ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS)method is established to determine the six mycotoxins content in beans and their products.【Method】The beans and their products are purified and extracted by QuEChERS pre-processing technology,determined by UPLC-MS/MS method,and quantitatively analyzed with the matrix matching standard curve.【Result】The low,medium and high concentrations of recovery test for six mycotoxins are conducted,the recovery and relative standard deviation(RSD)are 81.5%-119.6%and 0.5%-8.9%respectively.The linear correlation coefficient of standard curve for six mycotoxins is≥0.9990.The detection limit(LOD,S/N=3)and quantitative limit(LOQ)is 0.06-18.4μg/kg and 0.18-55.2μg/kg separately.【Conclusion】The established method can remove the secondary metabolites in matrix of beans and their products.The method is of accurate quantitative result,good repetition,high sensitivity and strong practicality,which is suitable for quantitative analysis of six mycotoxins in beans and their products.
