摘要
山楂叶是一种常见且功效出色的传统中药材,为蔷薇科植物山里红或山楂的干燥叶。山楂叶总黄酮(HLF)是山楂叶提取物的主要化学成分,随着临床研究的发展,发现HLF具有调节脂质和糖代谢、护肝、抗氧化、扩张冠状动脉等多种药理活性,且抗氧化能力尤为显著,能有效治疗糖尿病、高血压与心脑血管等疾病。本文对山楂叶总黄酮的提取工艺与药理作用进行归纳,为深入探索资源丰富、安全易得的传统药物提供参考。
Hawthorn leaves are the dried leaves of Rosaceae plant Crataegus pinnatifida Bge.var.major N.E.Br.or Crataegus pinnatifida Bge.,which are common and effective traditional Chinese medicine.Hawthorn leaf flavonoids(HLF)are the main chemical constituents of hawthorn leaves extract.With the development of clinical research,it is found that HLF has many pharmacological activities such as regulating metabolism of lipid and glucose,protecting liver,antioxidation,dilating coronary artery and so on,and has remarkable antioxidant capacity.It can effectively treat diabetes,hypertension and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.This paper summarized the extraction technology and pharmacological effects of HLF,in order to provide references for in-depth exploration of resource-rich,safe and easy-to-obtain traditional medicines.
