基于大规模风电机组的虚拟惯量控制技术对江苏电网频率稳定性的影响研究 被引量:14

摘要 同步机转动惯量对于系统稳定具有关键的作用。随着直流馈入容量和省内新能源装机的不断增加,传统同步发电机将逐渐被取代。与此同时,江苏电网的惯量也将显著降低,对系统安全稳定性产生重大而复杂的影响。通过电力电子设备引入虚拟惯量是增强电网频率稳定性的有效方法。基于双馈感应电机的变速风电机组能够对其有功与无功分别进行解耦控制,具有控制灵活、响应速度快等优点。通过在风机中增加一个附加的控制环节,控制风电机组发出的功率,使其释放出风机叶轮、转子轴系中储存的动能,参与电网频率稳定性调节。本文首先从频率稳定性角度,简要分析惯量降低对江苏电网频率的影响;其次,具体分析了风电机组实现虚拟惯量控制的方式;最后通过实例仿真,总结提出大规模风电机组采用虚拟惯量控制对江苏电网频率稳定性的影响。 The moment of inertia of synchronous machine plays a key role to maintain system stability.With the ever increase of direct current in-feed capacity and new-energy installation capacities in Jiangsu province,the traditional synchronous generators will be replaced gradually.At the same time,the inertia of Jiangsu power grid will be reduced remarkably,which will have major and complex impact on the safety and stability of the system.Introduction of virtual inertia through power electronic equipment is the effective method to enhance the grid frequency stability.Variable-speed wind turbines with doubly-fed induction motors can perform decoupling control of its active and reactive power decoupled control respectively and has the advantages of flexible control and fast response.By adding the additional control to the fan of the wind turbine,power generated by the wind turbine can be controlled to release the kinetic energy stored in the fan impeller and rotor shafting and participate in the regulation of the system frequency stability.Firstly,influence of inertia reduction to the frequency stability in Jiangsu power grid is analyzed briefly in this paper from the point of view of frequency stability.Then,the way to realize virtual inertia control of the wind turbine is analyzed specifically.Finally,the influence of virtual inertia control on frequency stability of Jiangsu power grid by the use of large scale of wind turbine is summarized through examples of simulation.
