摘要
随着计算机技术的不断发展,图书馆数字阅读逐渐兴起,数字信息技术的资源共享进一步促进了图书馆数字化的建设,如今的图书馆已经不再是传统意义上的图书馆,数字信息依托各大数字平台进入人们的生活,但是图书馆在提供数字阅读时往往面临很多知识产权问题。文章主要论述了图书馆数字阅读中存在的知识产权问题,阐述了在数字化阅读时如何保护好权益人的知识产权。
The digital reading of library is rising with the continuous development of computer technology.The sharing of resources of digital information technology further promotes the construction of digital of library,so now the library is no longer the traditional library.Digital information enters people’s life with the help of many big digital platforms,but the library often faces a lot of intellectual property rights problems when it provides digital reading.This paper mainly discusses the problems of intellectual property rights in digital reading of library,and expounds how to protect the intellectual property rights of the proprietors in digital reading.
