摘要
目的研究对消化性溃疡(PU)所致上消化道出血患者给予针对性护理的应用效果。方法于我院患者中随机抽取70例,分为两组,对照组按常规护理,观察组给予针对性护理,对比两组临床疗效、住院时间和满意度等。结果经本文研究,对照组消化道功能恢复(7.85±2.16)d,治疗时间(12.76±0.93)d,SF-36(72.04±5.63)分。观察组消化道功能恢复(4.23±1.82)d,治疗时间(8.34±1.12)d,SF-36(83.51±4.92)分。对照组治疗有效率27例(77.14%)低于观察组治疗有效率[34例(97.14%)];对照组满意度29例(82.86%),低于观察组满意度[35例(100.00%)]。两组上述指标比较,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论对PU所致上消化道出血患者给予针对性护理,可有效缩短患者胃肠道恢复时间,缩短治疗周期,提高临床疗效,提高患者生活质量和满意度,促进患者恢复健康。
Objective To study the application effect of targeted nursing for patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding caused by peptic ulcer(PU).Methods Randomly select 70 patients from our hospital and divide them into two groups.The control group is given routine care,and the observation group is given targeted care.The clinical efficacy,hospitalization time and satisfaction degree of the two groups are compared.Results After the study in this article,the control group's digestive tract function recovered(7.85±2.16)days,the treatment time was(12.76±0.93)days,and the SF-36(72.04±5.63)point.In the observation group,the digestive tract function recovered(4.23±1.82)days,the treatment time was(8.34±1.12)days,and the SF-36(83.51±4.92)point.The treatment effective rate of 27 cases in the control group(77.14%)was lower than that of the observation group[34 cases(97.14%)];the satisfaction rate of 29 cases in the control group(82.86%)was lower than that of the observation group[35 cases(100.00%)].Comparison of the above indicators between the two groups showed significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The targeted care of patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding caused by PU can effectively shorten the gastrointestinal recovery time,shorten the treatment period,improve clinical efficacy,improve the quality of life and satisfaction of patients,and promote the recovery of patients.
