摘要
针对在线旅行社信誉系统运行机制问题,结合在线商家信誉系统相关评价指标,利用系统动力学方法研究在线旅行社信誉系统形成机制及影响因素,研究表明在线旅行社信誉系统由平台认证等级、商家服务评价、商品评分、商家对商品描述的符合程度以及消费者认知程度等5个子系统构成;商品评分、平台认证等级、商家服务评分对在线信誉系统有正向正反馈作用。
According to the operation mechanism of the reputation system of online travel agencies,and the relevant evaluation indexes of online business reputation system,the formation mechanism and influencing factors of the reputation system of online travel agencies are studied by using the system dynamics method.The research shows that the reputation system of online travel agencies consists of platform authentication level,business service evaluation,commodity scoring,service quality evaluation and service quality evaluation.It consists of five subsystems:the degree of conformity of business description and the degree of consumers cognition;product score,platform certification level and merchant service scores have a positive feedback effect on online reputation system.
