摘要
TOD(Transit-Oriented Development)公共交通导向型发展模式已成为新城市规划建设的流行概念,通过公共交通建设结合土地开发利用,实现可持续城市化,繁荣区域经济,创造高品质宜居生活环境。伴随着中国快速城市化的时代背景,城市出行成本不断增加,生态环境受到负面影响,阻碍了城市经济效益,因此寻求本土化的公交导向型发展模式变得尤为重要。文章从TOD模式核心理论与实践中出发,通过对成功项目的分析和研究,探讨TOD模式对中国城市可持续发展与进化的启示。
TOD(Transit-Oriented Development)has become a popular concept in the urban planning and construction of new cities.The integration between the construction of public transportation and land development can achieve sustainable urbanization,prosper the regional economy,and create a high-quality and livable living environment.Under the background of China’s rapid urbanization,the cost of urban travel is increasing,the ecological environment is negatively affected,and the economic benefits of the city are hindered.Therefore,it is particularly important to seek a localized bus-oriented development model.Based on the core theory and practice of TOD model,and through the analysis and research of successful projects,this article discusses the enlightenment of TOD model to the sustainable development and evolution of Chinese cities.
