采用Fenton体系处理ABS污水

摘要 文中研究采用Fenton试剂处理ABS废水,通过单一因素法探讨Fenton试剂投加量、pH值、Fe2+/H2O2的摩尔比、反应时间等对ABS废水处理效果的影响。通过实验确定的最佳反应条件是:在pH值为3的条件下,投加1.2 mLFeSO4·7H2O和12 mL的H2O2,Fe2+/H2O2的摩尔比为1:10,在快搅拌(200 r/min)的条件下反应60 min,ABS废水的COD去除率达到40%左右。 In this paper,the ABS wastewater was treated by Fenton reagent,and the influence of Fenton reagent dosage,pH value,Fe2+/H2O2 molar ratio and reaction time on the treatment effect of ABS wastewater was discussed by single factor method.The opti⁃mal reaction conditions determined by the experiment were:Under the condition of pH value 3,after adding FeSO4(1.2ml)•H2O(7ml)and H2O2(12ml),the molar ratio of Fe2+/H2O2 was 1:10,and the reaction time was 60 min under the condition of fast stirring(200 r/min),the COD removal rate of ABS wastewater was about 40%.
