焙烧炉进料转阀运行效果差的原因分析及改进措施

摘要 针对焙烧炉进料转阀运行效果差的情况,通过对焙烧炉进料转阀故障检修过程中数据的检测,分析了转阀运行效果差的原因并提出了处理措施。分析认为,转阀阀体的转子直径与阀腔内径间隙大、转子与腔体同心度差是造成转阀运行效果差的主要原因。通过对转阀同心度和间隙的优化改造,彻底解决了转阀运行效果差的问题,提高了物料输送效率,降低了设备故障率,减少了装置非计划停工。 In view of the poor operation effect of the feed rotary valve of roasting furnace,the causes of the poor operation effect of the feed rotary valve were analyzed and the treatment measures were put forward by examining the data in the process of the failure inspection of the feed rotary valve of roasting furnace.It was concluded that the large clearance between the diameter of the rotor and the inner diameter of the valve chamber and the difference of the concentricity between the rotor and the chamber were the main reasons for the poor operation effect of the rotary valve.It optimized and modified the concentricity and clearance of the rotary valve to thoroughly solve the problem of the poor operation effect of the rotary valve,improved the feedstock conveying efficiency,reduced the equipment failure rate and the unplanned shutdown of the device.
