摘要
采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)分析测定ZSM系列分子筛的硅铝比,使用盐酸、硝酸和氢氟酸对分子筛进行处理,制成水溶性待测试样,选择铝、钾、钠分析波长分别为396.153 nm、766.490 nm和588.592 nm,用公式计算出分子筛的硅铝比。铝、钾和钠元素校准曲线的线性相关系数均不小于0.9990,检出限分别为0.0243μg/mL、0.0096μg/mL和0.0027μg/mL;按此方法测定ZSM系列分子筛样品硅铝比的相对标准偏差均小于2%,回收率为97.0%~102.0%。
It analyzed and determined the SiO_(2)/Al_(2)O_(3) ratio of the ZSM series of zeolites by adopting the determination method of inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry,treated the zeolites using hydrochloric acid,nitric acid to prepare sample solution and selected wavelength of Al 396.153 nm,K 766.490nm and Na 588.592 nm to calculate the SiO_(2)/Al_(2)O_(3) ratio of the ZSM zeolites by formula.According to the results,the correlation coefficients of Al,K and Na correction curve were not less than 0.999 and the detection limits were 0.0243μg/mL、0.0096μg/mL and 0.0027μg/mL respectively.The relative standard deviation of ZSM series of zeolites was less than 2%,while the recovery rate was between 97%and 102%by the method of ICP-AES.
