摘要
采用有限元分析软件,构造曲轴的疲劳寿命模型。考虑到零部件疲劳失效对再制造能力评估的影响,分析疲劳寿命与再制造要求之间的定性关系,提出再制造临界阈值的定义和定量模型。借助已有再制造评价体系,来建立再制造评价函数。同时,将疲劳寿命预测与再制造性评价相结合,提出基于疲劳寿命预测的再制造性评价方法,通过实例证实曲轴可满足再制造要求,证实该方法具有一定的可行性,为曲轴的再制造可行性提供依据。
The fatigue life model of crankshaft is constructed by using finite element analysis software.Considering the impact of component fatigue failure on manufacturing capability assessment,the qualitative relationship between fatigue life and remanufacturing requirements is analyzed,and the definition and quantitative model of remanufacturing critical threshold are proposed.Based on the existing remanufacturing evaluation system,the remanufacturing evaluation function is established.At the same time,combining the fatigue life prediction with the remanufacturability evaluation,a remanufacturability evaluation method based on the fatigue life prediction is proposed,An example is given to prove that the crankshaft can meet the requirement of remanufacturing and the method is feasible,which provides a basis for the feasibility of crankshaft remanufacturing.
