摘要
为了提升数控加工的质量和效率,实现数控加工的自动化、智能化,在分析了现有的数控加工技术手段之后,结合柔性生产线特点和实际的生产流程,对数控加工的柔性生产线进行研究。在搭建柔性数控生产线的过程中,分别对定位装夹技术、自动找正技术、过程监控技术、数控编程技术和加工仿真技术这5个关键技术进行改进和论证,提出了一种基于柔性生产线的数控加工模式,在实际生产中,该种柔性生产线极大地减少了操作人员的劳动强度,提升了机床加工的效率。
In order to improve the quality and efficiency of CNC machining and realize the automation and intelligence of CNC machining,after analyzing the existing CNC machining technology,combined with the characteristics of the flexible production line and the actual production process,the flexible production line of CNC machining is studied.In the process of building a flexible CNC production line,five key technologies:positioning and clamping technology,automatic alignment technology,process monitoring technology,CNC programming technology and processing simulation technology were improved and demonstrated,and a flexible production line was proposed.In actual production,this kind of flexible production line greatly reduces the labor intensity of operators and improves the efficiency of machine tool processing.
