摘要
随着风电行业的发展,轮毂作为风电设备中的重要部件,其制造技术非常具有研究价值。QT500-14材质的大型风电轮毂形状复杂,壁厚较大,铸造工艺的设计不合理易导致铸件的铸造缺陷与性能不合格。笔者在此基础上进行分析,设计了无冒口的铸造工艺。通过MAGMASOFT软件模拟轮毂凝固过程中的温度场、缩孔、缩松缺陷分布,分析了铸造工艺的合理性,优化了铸造工艺并进行实际生产,最终得到符合相关技术要求的风电轮毂铸件。
With the development of the wind power industry,as an important part of wind power equipment,the manufacturing technology of the wind power hub is of great research value.The Large wind power hub made of QT500-14 has a complex shape and a large wall thickness.Unreasonable design of the casting process can easily cause casting defects and unqualified performance of the casting.Based on this analysis,riserless casting has been designed.MAGMASOFT software was used to simulate the distribution of temperature field,shrinkage cavity and shrinkage porosity defects in the process of hub solidification,analyzed the rationality of the casting process,optimized the casting process and completed the actual production.Finally,the wind power hub casting meeting the relevant technical requirements was obtained.
