摘要
随着城市化进程的不断加速,市域社会治理面临的问题矛盾愈发凸显,大数据、区块链、人工智能等新兴技术的升级与迭代也给市域社会治理带来新的挑战和机遇。面对新形势、新任务,明确市域社会治理法治化的理论蕴含及优化路径是一个亟待解决的现实课题。推进市域社会治理法治化要把握其理论意蕴,更要着眼于实践进程中形成的经验与存在的问题,构建“一核多元”的市域社会治理的政治引领体系,科学完善市域社会治理法律体系,形成市域社会治理法治化的技术支撑体系,打造优质高效的市域社会治理法治服务保障体系。
The accelerating process of urbanization has made the problem existing in the social governance in urban area gradually obvious.The upgrading of emerging technologies such as big data,block chain and artificial intelligence has also brought new opportunities and challenges to social governance in urban area.In the face of this new situation and new task,it is an urgent realistic issue that needs to be resolved for us to clarify the theoretical connotation and path optimization of legalization of social governance in urban area.Therefore,in order to promote the legalization of social governance in urban area,we should grasp its theoretical connotation,and more importantly,focus on the experience and problems formed in the practical process,build a political leading system with one core but multiple branches for social governance in urban area,make good use of the local legislative power to scientifically improve the legal system of social governance in urban area,form a technology-supported system and a high-quality and high-efficient legal service-guaranteed system for the legalization of urban social governance.
