摘要
针对航空兵部队飞机备件需求预测问题,提出了一种基于分层赋时着色Petri网(Hierarchical Timed Colored Petri Net,HTCPN)的飞机备件需求预测方法。根据飞机维修保障工作内容与流程,运用CPN Tools软件,构建飞机维修保障工作HTCPN总网仿真模型,以及故障维修工作HTCPN子网仿真模型。提出了备件需求量确定规则,建立了基于飞机出动架次率的备件需求预测模型。通过算例分析,验证了该方法的科学性和有效性。
In view of the problem of demand prediction of aircraft spare parts for aviation forces,a Hierarchical Timed Colored Petri Net(HTCPN)method for demand prediction of aircraft spare parts is proposed.First of all,according to the actual maintenance support work content and process,CPN Tools software is used to construct the HTCPN master network simulation model for aircraft maintenance support work and the HTCPN subnetwork simulation model for fault maintenance work.Secondly,the rules for determining the quantity of spare parts demand are put forward,and the model for determining the spare parts demand based on the sorties of aircraft is established.Finally,the method is proved to be scientific and effective by an example analysis.
